Vincentian Families

Thank you for your continued support, patience, and prayers during the last few months. We recognize that being separated from your loved one has been difficult, and know that you must be eager to visit them and return to a sense of normalcy.

Although Allegheny County is entering the Green Phase on Friday, June 5, that designation does not lift any current restrictions on senior communities. Vincentian is required to follow directives from regulatory governing bodies, specifically the Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH).

A recent DOH Directive, issued June 2, orders the continuation of restrictions for senior communities for at least 28 additional days after counties enter the Green Phase.

Accordingly, Vincentian will maintain current visitation restrictions until we are permitted to do otherwise. Our Clinical Excellence department has developed a reopening plan and we look forward to welcoming families back on our campuses as soon as we are able to do so safely.

We encourage you to continue to use our video conferencing and Cheering Section resources to stay connected with your loved one. And remember you can also call our Family Information Line at 412-536-8740 for ongoing Vincentian updates.

Thank you for entrusting your loved one’s care with us. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain our focus on our top priority: the safety of our residents and staff.
